It's been a long time since I've posted here. I did manage to get all the lamb's ears (an obnoxious weed) pulled up. Tons of it. I actually have a rock garden that I didn't know about under all of that! I have some plans for my backyard, but everything is on financial hold right now. Hopefully by next year I can start on the sand pit for horseshoes and a small corner waterfall with wading pool (I don't know how to swim so why would I build a large swimming pool?). I'm thinking something like a hot tub but with cool water for hot days, something just to cool off in and a place for my friends' toddlers to splash around in. In the meantime, just finding a rock garden made me feel this way:
